REFUND POLICY

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. 

To start a return, email support@eustrx.com with your order number. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
